The District Attorney’s Office is pleased to announce the “Fresh Start” program to provide an opportunity for eligible offenders to resolve their outstanding warrants. The program is designed to give those with active warrants stemming from non-violent and low-level misdemeanor or traffic cases an opportunity to move toward a resolution in their case. This program is a collaborative effort between the Boulder DA’s Office, the defense bar, judges, and the Sheriff’s Office.
The “Fresh Start” event will be held at the Boulder County Justice Center on Saturday, April 13, 2019, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. At that time, individuals with warrants in qualifying cases can speak with a representative from the District Attorney’s Office to either resolve the case or set the case for a new court date.
