New year, new yoga classes at Yoga Junction! Check out the new offerings and get your yoga on!
Happy Monday! Happy New Year! With the new year, we’re introducing lots of great new yoga and fitness classes. Please check our schedule to see new offerings, including LIFT, TRX, Yoga for Strength, and
starting today, Slow Flow with Laura at 4:00 p.m! Expect to move through various postures and sequences to get your joints moving and your muscles gently stretched and strengthened. Appropriate for all levels and abilities, whether you are new to yoga or looking to build strength and flexibility at a slow, steady pace this class will get you moving and breathing safely and intentionally.

The month of January is designated as School Board Recognition Month in honor of the critical role our schools board members play in serving our students, our communities, and our state. We recognize the vital contributions these elected public officials play in the education of our children.
