“Ever since I moved to Fort Lupton over 35 years ago, I’ve always felt a strong sense of community. The fine people in our city continue to rally around and support each other in times of need. It’s been a
great place to raise my family and I’m proud to call Fort Lupton my home.”-Donald Tomoi, Resident of Fort Lupton &
Bank of Colorado Market President

Members of the Hugo Fire Protection District spent the majority of today setting up and putting into service our new engine. Our new engine was donated to us from the Fort Lupton Fire Protection District.
We can not express how much this donation means to us and our district. This truck will be a huge asset to our Department.

We are very happy to announce that the Fort Lupton Fire Protection District Board of Directors approved the donation of Engine 2606 to the Hugo Fire Department along with some gear and equipment that was no
longer in use in our agency. The 1991 Pierce Dash will serve their community very well. We thank the Hugo District Board President, Scott Poss and fellow Hugo District Member Mike Vaughn for picking the truck up today. They were able to visit and take ride in the 100 foot aerial bucket.
