As the County moves backwards from Yellow Safer-at-Home level 2 to Orange Safer-at-Home level 3, many of Longmont Recreation’s current operations will remain unchanged. In accordance with the new guidelines, our capacity will be reduced and any remaining indoor athletic games and clinics will be canceled.

BNSF will be making asphalt repairs to a railroad crossing on State Highway 66 (SH 66) on Monday, Dec. 7 and Tuesday, Dec. 8.
The work is expected to take two full days and will require a full closure of SH 66 between Alpine and Erfert Streets (east of Walmart).
Travelers are encouraged to avoid the area. A detour route through Longmont is available via Main Street, 17th Avenue and Pace Street, as shown on this map.
Questions should be directed to BNSF at 800-832-5452 or via an online form at https://www.bnsf.com/about-bnsf/contact-us-form.html.
