📣Loveland, county set to move to Level 4 (Red) as COVID-19 cases rapidly increase, local hospitals strain to meet demand The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment has moved Larimer County from Level 2 (Yellow) to Level 4 (Red) on Colorado’s Dial. The changes are set to go into effect at 5 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 24. The move is a result of rapidly increasing COVID-19 case counts, positivity rates across all age groups, and significant impacts to hospital utilization within Larimer County over the past several weeks.
