“As your Police Chief, I am optimistic our community members will do their very best to comply with the Governor’s and Public Health’s Orders. As always, our mission is to serve and protect our community with honor,” Chief Kimberly Stewart.

With the abundance of, and often-changing information being sent out, Erie Police Department wants to assure the community we are here for you 24/7. Our emergency number is 9-1-1 and our non-emergency number is 303-441-4444.

Some notes we think might be helpful during this time include:

•The Erie Police Department will generally not stop individuals on our roads or streets unless there is a safety concern such as speeding, traffic light violations, stop… More



Colorado is on a statewide Stay-at-Home order.

You should stay home as much as possible except for critical activities including:

-Obtaining food and other household necessities including medicine
-Going to and from work if you are a critical employee (See list of critical businesses below)
-Seeking medical care
-Caring for dependents or pets
-Caring for a vulnerable person in another location
-Participating in outdoor recreation at a legally-mandated safe distance of six feet or more from other parties

Boulder County Public Works and its contractors have begun safety improvements at the US 287 and Isabelle Road intersection. Detours may occur as they prepare to install temporary traffic signals.
