This is a 189-page document thatoutlines PFA’s financial plan for the year. It serves as a policy document and communications tool, outlines programs and apparatus replacement, and much more. The document is examined on how well it serves these purposes, but most importantly, the award recognizes transparency. Larimer County’s shift from Safer at Home Level 2 (Yellow) to Level 4 (Red), which is effective today (Tuesday, Nov. 24) at 5:00 p.m., does impact some City facilities and operations. Those changes, beginning this Wednesday, are outlined below and are subject to change.
