Larimer County’s shift from Safer at Home Level 2 (Yellow) to Level 4 (Red), which is effective today (Tuesday, Nov. 24) at 5:00 p.m., does impact some City facilities and operations. Those changes, beginning this Wednesday, are outlined below and are subject to change.
