Attention Longmont tenants: We need your feedback!

On September 29, at its own request, the Longmont City Council was presented with a draft ordinance to prohibit the assessment of late fees by housing providers during the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) eviction moratorium, set to expire on December 31, 2020.

Longmont City Council has solicited input from Longmont housing providers and is also looking for input from Longmont tenants before taking final action on the ordinance.

If you are a renter/tenant in Longmont, please take a moment to complete this brief survey. Responses will be collated and presented to the Longmont City Council, along with other relevant information gathered by City staff, before Council takes final action.
