The Windsor Town Board, along with the Windsor Area Chamber of Commerce, welcomed a new business to the Windsor Mill, marking the official completion of the site. Peculier Ales officially opened its doors with a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony Friday. The Town of Windsor welcomes them and all new businesses to the community.
