📣CALL FOR NOMINATIONS REMINDER: Petitions Due a Week From Today!
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Severance will coordinate with Weld County to hold an election on the 3rd day of November 2020. At that time Thirteen (13) Charter Commissioners will be elected to help draft the first Home Rule Charter for the Town.
Nomination petitions may be picked up on July 13, 2020 at the Severance Town Hall, 3 South Timber Ridge Parkway, Severance CO between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Nomination Petitions may be circulated starting on July 13, 2020 and must be returned to the Severance Town Clerk by 4:00 p.m. on August 14th, 2020. WSFR has 2 fire engines and 2 trucks working at the Cameron Peak Fire which grew to over 120,000 acres. There were large wind gusts that pushed the fire this weekend. Our crews continue to work hard alongside the nearly 1,000 other wildland firefighters on the ground. Here are a few pics from the last few days. #cameronpeakfire
