It’s up to all of us to Keep NoCo Open
We all worked together to flatten the curve in NoCo this spring and now we need to do it again! Larimer County’s variance that allows businesses, restaurants and places of worship to retain their current, expanded capacity is at risk due to our COVID-19 case rates, and we need your help to keep the variance in place.
We can keep our variance and our businesses open by:
Wearing a mask 😷 over your nose and mouth when in indoor public spaces
Maintaining 6 feet of distance from others
Washing your hands frequently
Unless we take measures now, all of the progress we made will be taken away.
🍽 Restaurants will have to reduce their capacity to a maximum of 50 people, which will close most establishments or scale back to curbside-only service
🙏 Worship services will be reduced to a maximum of 50 people 👨👩👧👦
🥳 All public gatherings would be limited to 10 people, impacting parties, family celebrations and other gatherings

This afternoon, Mike Bennett and Darrell Zimbelman with the ESGR (Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve) presented Chief Ticer and Master Sergeant Bob Rabson with the Patriot Award. Chief Ticer and MSgt. Rabson were nominated for the award by Officer Doug Savage, who serves as a Staff Sergeant in the US Army National Guard in additional to his role here at LPD as a School Resource Officer. Officer Savage nominated Chief Ticer and MSgt. Rabson due to their support of Officer Savage so he could leave his position as an officer and fill his role as a soldier at a recovery hospital in Denver, Colorado. (Masks removed momentarily for photograph)
