The Student and Exchange Visitor Program clarified the March guidance for students on F-1 visas for fall 2020. CU Boulder is pleased the guidance will allow international students to enter the U.S. on F-1 visas to start or continue their studies with hybrid study programs.
The guidance further indicates that, even if universities move from hybrid to online study programs after international students have entered the United States and started their studies, international students can maintain their F-1 visa status.

A new Boulder County Public Health order begins at 4 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 24. All gatherings within the city of Boulder involving any people 18-22 years of age are prohibited, and residents of specific off-campus properties are subject to stringent Stay-at-Home restrictions.
