One Individual Arrested in Weld County
On Monday, May 27, 2019 at approximately 1948 hours, deputies with the Weld County Sheriff’s Office responded to a theft call near the intersection HWY 119 and I-25.
Deputies were advised a male had just stolen items from a parked semi and left driving a gray Ford pickup. Deputies later contacted the vehicle they found further down the road. The male was placed into custody and the stolen items were recovered.
The driver, 27-year-old Kyle Pierce, is being charged with Criminal Trespass 1st Degree, Menacing, Aggravated Robbery, and an outstanding warrant from Adams County. Pierce is currently in custody at the Weld County Jail.
All charges are merely accusations until proven guilty in the court of law. No other information will be released at this time.
