Look Who’s Turning 100: Days away from the Weld County Fair!
The wait is almost over! The celebration of the 100th Weld County Fair begins Wednesday! Come out to Island Grove Regional Park in Greeley and enjoy the free, family fun that has made the fair an anticipated countywide event every year since 1918!

The fair officially kicks off Wednesday. All the projects have been judged, with awards given to the best and they will be on display. Livestock shows also begin Wednesday! Watch Weld County 4-H and Future Farmers of America (FFA) participants show their pigs, goats, sheep and cattle in competitions. While you’re here, stop by the Events Center and Historic Bunkhouse to view the many exhibits on display. There are 16 different categories of exhibits for you to enjoy. From woodworking to baking, quilting and photography, the talents of Weld County residents of all ages are on hand.

If you can’t get everything done in one visit that’s OK! Join us all week long for more events like the Corvette’s West Car Club 31st annual Vettefest, a free community barbecue and so much more! The Weld County Fair truly has something for everyone!
Don’t take our word for it. Visit Island Grove Regional Park beginning Wednesday and throughout the week to enjoy all the fun the Weld County Fair has to offer!
