ADVISORY BOARD OPENING FOR AN ATTORNEY
The Juvenile Community Review Board assists the Department of Youth Services in examining adjudicated youths and helping them transition from the department and reenter the community by helping place them in residential facilities.
In continuing that mission, the board is seeking an attorney experienced in the juvenile justice system to bring both knowledge and passion for helping youth.
“We’d like somebody with juvenile experience whether as a guardian ad litem or private council – just someone invested in kids,” said Joe Murphy, Juvenile Unit Supervisor for the 19th Judicial District Probation Department.
